Girl power as Denny delivers goods for Kate, Emma
RED Cliffs pacer Den Of Inequity recorded his first win for the Kate Attard stable after a fast-finishing win in the C1 Pace at the Mildura trots meeting last week.
Den Of Inequity settled mid-field in the running line and Ararat-based junior driver Emma Hamblin sent him three-wide with a trail over the final lap and he sprinted fast in the home straight to record a comfortable 8m victory.
“I was very happy with the win,” Attard (pictured) said.
“Emma drove him exactly how I wanted her to as he is a sit-sprint horse and Emma is driving well and clicks with him.”
Den Of Inequity has been in the care of Attard for almost 12 months after purchasing him from former trainer Bruce Rose.
“Bruce had enough of him so I quickly bought him as he is by (the sire) Village Jasper and I like them as they have a good work ethic,” Attard said.
